Kimbap Making class









We learnt to make two types of Kimbap that day
The Original, and Beef Bulgogi Kimbap
Before we start cooking,
we need to meal prep:

Rice with salt and sesame oil
Bulgogi Sauce
Shin Ramen
Cucumber
Crab meat
Spinach
Seaweed
Sausage
Carrots
Pickles
Cheese
Gloves 
Beef 
Eggs





1) Cook what needs to be cooked
2) Cut what needs to be cut
3) Season what needs to be seasoned




 


4) Eat some food of the table before you start
5) Put down the seaweed on the correct side and take some rice


6) Press down the rice like a flat sheet on top of the whole seaweed piece

7) Once the rice is laid out evenly, start to add egg, carrots, cucumber, pickles, 
spinach, crabmeat, and choice of either SAUSAGE or BULGOGI BEEF & CHEESE

8) Roll until the end and use little bit of rice to stick the ends of the seaweed to seal the roll




9) Quickly go cook some Shin Ramen to go with 
(Kimbap is best when eaten with Shin Ramen soup)
